Auction Process:
1. Seller apply for the Auction
We have requests on the domain quality, domain names such as,3 letters .com/.cn/.com.cn, 3 numbers, good Chinese Spelling(PinYin), short Engish words, and domain with tranffic, are more easily to be verified.Besides, make sure your domain names have 2 months expiration term, if not,please renew the domain name,then apply for the auction. The auction domain name must be convenient to transfer, either directly push in www.ename.cn or www.enom.com if registered there or supply with autherization code if register in other registrars .Make sure to prepare the autherization code before the auction close, we request seller to give the autherization code during 3 days after receiving buyer's payment. If not, we'll regard the seller as default, and confiscate his RMB200 deposit, freeze his account as a result.
2. 4.CN verify the auction domain names
Our verifying department evaluate the domain names first,and may modify some details if necessary, such as starting price, closing time,then approve. Also they may reject the auction application if the domain names don't meet our standards.
3. Seller need to confirm the second time
For the deposit auction domain names, please login "My Auctions" to check domain status. When the status shows "Awaiting seller to confirm", means this domain name be approved, seller just have to click the link to start the auction, but make sure your account has enough balance to be fozen.(RMB200 for each domain, gold members don't need)
For the transfer auction, please push your domain name to our ename account:10345(this account is only for transfer auction), and keep our client support service noted.

5. Auction Closes
The last bidder before the auction closes will be the buyer,you can check the winner according to our website.
6. Start Domain Escrow
After the domain auction closes,the process will automatically move to Domain Escrow Process.
7. Buyer pay for the domain name
Buyer have to pay during 3 working days, 4.CN will cancel the transfer and confiscate the deposit if buyer does not pay during 3 working days.Besides,we'll degrade this account,and deprive this member of bidding for domain forever.
8.Seller transfers the domain to buyer
Seller should transfer the domain once the Domain Escrow starts,if the time goes to more than 7 days,we'll regard the seller not to sell this domain,and degrade the account, deprive this member of selling his domain forever.
9. Buyer Confirm Receiving the Domain
Buyer is obligated to confirm receiving the domain on the premise of that the whois information is changed, buyer is in charge of the domain,and the seller can not manage. Then, 4.CN will automatically release the payment to buyer. We regard the buyer received the domain ,if he or she doesn't confirm or raises any doubt after the seller transfered the domain name 7days,
Payment will also automatically be released to seller.
10. Domain Escrow Closes
The payment will be released to seller's account after we deduct the commission fee, seller can also apply for the wire transfer if he or she wants.
